My Child's eHealth Record HD app for iPhone and iPad

The free My Childs eHealth Record tablet app is a simple way of keeping track of your child’s health information, development and immunisations – all in the one place.

If you are an Australian healthcare consumer and a parent of a child (or children) aged 14 or under, this app gives you access to your child’s personally controlled electronic health (eHealth) record.

This app is not a replacement for children’s health records held by their medical and health care providers.

Before you use this app, sign in with your MyGov account and set up access to your children’s eHealth records. Do this from a computer.
